It is interesting how well a rather disparate team of people can function effectively. Suzie worked really well as our MD despite being the youngest, and as we won she must have been the best! Just shows it doesn't matter too much where you come from and with what - its more what you have between your ears, and how well you can get on with others. Suzie forget to mention the baking foil.
